Goedkoop built since early 2013 with a vengeance. Menu was designed from the dream of each owner, Thanya, Andra, & Vanda.
LABOR OF LOVE
After a long time lost each other, we (Andra, Vanda, & Thanya) reunited in early 2012. Since childhood we often together because our parents are business partners. But during his college years, Thanya moved to America, and Andra & Vanda (brothers) was busy taking education in Australia.
When we meet again, we are surprised that we all have the same fondness, namely our love for breakfast and coffee. Since the topic was first released, we never stopped talking to each other.
Among our thousands of conversations, came the dreams and ambitions to make coffee and breakfast like the cafés we used to be. From the ambitions and capital we collected over the course of a year, Goedkoop emerged. A place of dreams of three ambitious little friends. We create this place with love, we hope you can feel our love in our cup of coffee.
COFFEE CULTURE
The purpose behind Goedkoop is very simple. We want to present coffee culture with a very affordable price to be enjoyed by everyone.
With the development of coffee culture in Jakarta, we want to be one of the institutions that support this enthusiasm. We would like to introduce to the public that coffee culture is not always the same as wasting money.
We have a principle that everyone deserves coffee with a supportive atmosphere.
Thanya never stopped talking about Milk Tea, latte art, and coffee culture in her former home in Los Angeles. Andra is always crazy about Hot Mocha and the sweet Pannekoek she tried when she visited her best friend in Tilburg. As well as Vanda, a very choosy coffee drinker, is an idealist coffee who always obsesses on coffee with the best quality and hard to lie about the quality of coffee.
Bringing together three opinions in one roof is not an easy thing. But this is the result of our work, hopefully your taste is not much different from what we like. Enjoy!
