IELTS
We are a proud co-owner of IELTS (International English Language Testing System). IELTS is jointly owned by British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment. Since its launch in 1989, IELTS has become the world's most popular high-stakes English language proficiency test.
Over 9,000 organisations worldwide accept IELTS as evidence of English language proficiency. Last year In 2014, more than 2.5 million tests were taken globally. IDP Education offers the IELTS test in more than 400 200 test locations in 50 countries.
English language teaching
IDP Education has been involved in English language teaching since 1988 and runs English language schools in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
WHAT do we do?
IDP Philippines has been part of IDP Education since 1985. Aside from administering the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), IDP offers FREE Student Placement Services through partnering with universities and colleges across UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Our highly trained, Qualified Education Agent Counsellors (QEAC) accredited education counsellors assist our students through the process of studying abroad— from selecting which course, institution, and country, to school applications and visa applications, up to pre-departure preparations.
We provide expert counselling services to students at our main office at 16th flr. Marco Polo Ortigas Building in Pasig City, and at its Cebu office at the Ground Floor of Keppel Building, Cebu Business Park.
Offsite counselling activities are also held in various key cities such as Baguio, Bohol, Davao, Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro.
International study seminars are occasionally brought to selected local schools and universities to bring the consultation experience closer to students and their parents.
Education Exposition event that happens twice a year hosts approximately 2500 students in Manila, Cebu and Davao. Here students may have free consultation with various representatives from our international institution partners.
